Whether you’re an art historian or just enjoy a beautiful painting, the Heard-Craig Art History series will heighten your appreciation of art and provide insight into the mind of the artist. Join us for an exploration of the “isms” including cubism, romanticism, dadaism, impressionism, expressionism and more. The lectures are presented by Annie Royer who has been a studio and decorative painter/muralist for 16 years. Ms. Royer has a fine arts degree from Austin College; and has earned three Master’s Degrees from Yale University in Religion and the Visual Arts, East Asian Studies and the history of art.
